Target Audience	Intended for: People who suffer from anxiety and wish to express their thoughts, fears, emotions, or memories through creativity. People who have overcome anxiety. Family members or close friends who wish to share their experiences and reflections while supporting someone in their circle.
Accepted works	Works written during the experience or after overcoming the disorder, which may have been inspired by or are related to the process experienced. Writings created in the months prior to the mental health issue are also accepted.
Accepted genres	Stories, poems, personal accounts, short stories, or other literary works.
Maximum length	Maximum 4,000 words (equivalent to a maximum of 10 single-sided pages, using 12-point Arial font and 1.0 line spacing).
Accepted formats	Word or PDF.
Accepted languages	Spanish (Castilian) Portuguese
Entry limit	Maximum number of entries accepted: 150. Registration will close once this limit is reached or on the registration deadline, whichever comes first.
