Target Audience	Aimed at people between the ages of 15 and 30 who: Are currently undergoing treatment for self-harm. Young people undergoing treatment for other mental health issues that cause distress. Have overcome this experience. Family members or close friends who wish to share their experience of supporting someone in this situation.
Accepted works	Written, visual, and audiovisual works are accepted.
Accepted genres	Written: Stories, poems, personal accounts, short stories, or other literary works. Visual: Paintings, drawings, illustrations, photographs, or other artistic expressions. Audiovisual: Testimonials, narrations, or other artistic expressions in video. Maximum length
Maximum length	Written: Maximum 4,000 words (equivalent to a maximum of 10 single-sided pages, using 12-point Arial font with 1.0 line spacing). Videos: Maximum duration of 15 minutes. Each participant may submit up to 2 works in total, combining any of the accepted formats.
Accepted format	Written works: Word or PDF. Visuals: JPG, PNG, or PDF, in high resolution. Audiovisuals: MP4.
Accepted languages	Spanish (Castilian) English Portuguese
Entry limit	Maximum number of entries accepted: 100. Registration will close once this limit is reached or on the registration deadline, whichever comes first.
