The BELO Contest is an expression movement intended to shine light in the darkness. Every stroke, photograph, sound, or piece of writing in the BELO project is a contribution intended to illuminate areas where stigma often imposes silence. The mission is built on five pillars:

• Architecture of Empathy: Humanizing statistics and generating a connection that transcends borders through creation.
• Demolishing Stigmas: Using creative work to challenge social prejudice and give a voice to those often silenced.
• The Alchemy of the Process: Understanding creation as a process of healing and catharsis.
• The End of Isolation: Sending a collective message that no one walks alone.
• Beacons of Resilience: Guiding those navigating difficult emotional storms.
